Property owners can rent this home and have the same full use of all the amenities as they always do. VISITORS (check here) are limited to the use of certain amenities and cannot put a motorized water craft in the lake or use a motorized vehicle on the ATV trails.

RENTAL RATES:
Maximum Rental:  10 person
Peak Season: Memorial Day through Labor Day 
 
  $350 per nite - 2 nite minimum
 Weekly rate - $1,900

Memorial Day/Labor Day Weekend
$400/night 3 night min.  $2,200/holiday week

Applicable (11%) state and local taxes will be added.

Off Season:  $290 per nite, 2 nite minimum
Weekly rate - $1,800

CHECK IN: 3:00 PM
CHECK OUT: 10:00 AM

A $500 security deposit is required and refundable per rental agreement.
